Michigan SB1093 eliminates the Dentistry Task Force and amends the terms of office for board members.

Michigan SB1093 amends the public health code by eliminating the Dentistry Task Force and modifying the terms of office for individual members of the board. The bill repeals Section 16624 of the public health code, which established the Dentistry Task Force. The terms of office for board members, except those appointed to fill vacancies, will expire four years after their appointment on June 30 of the year in which the term will expire.
