Michigan SB0955 amends sections 202a and 402a of the 1976 Public Acts to modify public records laws. It requires employers and educational institutions to include "multiracial" as a racial or ethnic classification in writings developed or printed 90 or more days after the effective date of this section. The bill also mandates the exclusion of the term "other" as a classification.
