Michigan SB0939 amends the Mobile Home Commission Act to grant the Michigan Housing Development Authority supervisory powers over nonprofit housing corporations. The authority can regulate the planning, development, and management of housing projects undertaken by these corporations. The bill also allows the authority to administer the resident ownership revolving fund created under the Mobile Home Commission Act. The changes will become effective after 30 days' written notice to the residents of affected housing projects. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.
