Michigan SB0926 increases the number of circuit court judges in Kent County from 10 to 12.

Michigan SB0926 amends the Michigan Compiled Laws to increase the number of circuit court judges in the seventeenth judicial circuit, which serves Kent County, from 10 to 12. This change will take effect starting January 1, 2027, and is subject to the provisions outlined in section 550.
