Modifies Michigan's Amber Alert Act to allow radio and television stations to broadcast child abduction information via social media.

This bill amends the Michigan Amber Alert Act to allow radio and television stations to broadcast information about child abductions or missing children through any means, including social media, to aid in locating the child or suspect. It also grants immunity from liability to stations that accurately broadcast information from the Michigan Department of State Police. The changes will only take effect if Senate Bill No. 892 is enacted.
