Amends the farm produce insurance fund to increase the allocation for administrative expenses from $500,000.00 to $950,000.00 per fiscal year. The fund, established under the direction of the board, consists of administrative premiums, producer premiums, money from other sources, and interest and earnings from fund investments. The fund is used for paying valid claims, administrative and producer premium refunds, legal fees and expenses, and reimbursing the director for producer security activities.
