Amends Michigan firearm retail dealer regulations to include security and monitoring requirements.

The bill amends Michigan's firearm retail dealer regulations by adding new sections. It requires dealers to install adequate lighting, video surveillance systems, and security alarm systems. Dealers must ensure firearms and ammunition are stored securely, conduct criminal history checks for employees, and report lost or stolen firearms to law enforcement. Dealers are also required to make their premises available for inspections and conduct annual inventory reconciliations.
