Allows consumption of purchased alcohol in unlicensed areas of airport terminals.

This bill amends the Michigan Liquor Control Act to allow customers to possess and consume alcoholic beverages purchased from licensed premises within the passenger terminal complex of publicly owned airports, subject to approval by the airport's governing body. The bill specifies that these licenses are non-transferable.
