Modifies Michigan's controlled substances scheduling to align with federal law.

This bill amends Michigan's controlled substances scheduling to require the state to align its scheduling with federal law. If a substance is designated, rescheduled, or deleted under federal law, Michigan must similarly schedule it unless the administrator holds a meeting within 30 days to determine otherwise. If the administrator decides not to control the substance, they must publish the reasons within 30 days.
