Michigan SB0710 amends the Michigan Environmental Protection Act to prohibit the application of coal tar sealant or other high-PAH sealant on asphalt, concrete, or other pavement. The bill also prohibits the sale of these sealants unless the purchaser provides a no-Michigan-use form or a written exemption from the director of the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy.
