Designates the Honor and Remember flag as Michigan's official symbol of remembrance for fallen military members.

The bill designates the Honor and Remember flag as the official symbol of remembrance in Michigan for fallen military members. The flag can be flown on specific days, including Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, National POW/MIA Recognition Day, Gold Star Mother's Day, and Veterans Day. It can also be flown on any day flags are at half-staff to honor a military member killed in service, as ordered by the governor, and on any other day deemed appropriate by local or state authorities.
