Amends Michigan's civil procedure laws to allow public sales of foreclosed property to be held virtually. Requires notice of the sale to be posted on the county's website if the sale is online. The notice must include details on how to participate or observe the online auction. The validity of the notice and sale is not affected by errors in the property's street address.
