Amends Michigan's civil procedure law to allow public sales of foreclosed property to be held virtually. Requires notice of the sale to include details on how to participate in or observe the online auction. The validity of the notice and any eventual sale are not affected by errors in the street address. The bill also prohibits the party foreclosing the mortgage from publishing a notice in a newspaper in which they have a majority ownership interest.
