Expands exceptions for using unmanned aircraft systems in Michigan.

Amends Michigan law to expand exceptions for using unmanned aircraft systems. Prohibits use by state departments and agencies unless consent is given, a warrant is in effect, or an emergency exists. Requires data collected to be shared with facility owners and presumes imminent threat if requested. Allows use by owners under certain conditions and during emergency responses.
