This bill amends the Michigan sentencing guidelines for violations of the Youth Employment Standards Act. It modifies the sentencing guidelines for offenses involving the employment of children during certain hours, child sexually abusive activity, and employment during hours involving death or great bodily harm. The changes apply to second, third, or subsequent offenses. This amendatory act will not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 496 of the 103rd Legislature is enacted into law.
