Michigan SB0465 creates temporary exemptions for selling nicotine or tobacco products without a license.

Michigan SB0465 amends the Public Health Code to create temporary exemptions from the requirement to hold a license for selling nicotine or tobacco products at retail. The exemption expires when the application is no longer pending. The act will not take effect unless specific other bills are also enacted.
