Michigan SB0464 allows tobacco licensees to sell products at fairs, festivals, or farmers' markets under specific conditions.

Michigan SB0464 amends existing law to allow tobacco licensees to sell nicotine or tobacco products at fairs, festivals, or farmers' markets if certain conditions are met. The licensee must display their certificate of licensure and a required sign within 6 feet from each point of sale. Violations of these display requirements result in administrative fines. This change takes effect only if other specified bills are also enacted.
