Allows probation for certain major controlled substances offenses in Michigan.

This bill amends Michigan law to allow probation for certain major controlled substances offenses, excluding heroin, fentanyl, carfentanil, and their derivatives. It modifies the conditions under which a court can delay sentencing and collect a supervision fee. The supervision fee is $30.00 per month for up to 12 months if the individual is placed on supervision without electronic monitoring, and $60.00 per month for up to 12 months if the individual is placed on supervision with an electronic monitoring device.
