Michigan SB0121 prohibits enforcement of federal laws on firearms in the state.

Michigan SB0121 establishes that federal laws, rules, regulations, executive orders, or administrative orders are unenforceable in Michigan if they impose taxes, fees, or require registration or tracking of firearms, firearm accessories, or ammunition. It also prohibits state and local employees from enforcing such federal laws within the state. Violators face fines, and injured parties can seek injunctive relief in court.
