Michigan HJRZ amends the state constitution to restrict entities from spending on state elections or ballot issues.

Michigan HJRZ amends the state constitution by adding section 55 to Article IV, prohibiting domestic and foreign entities from spending money or resources to support or oppose candidates, political parties, political committees, or ballot questions.
