Amends Michigan Constitution to limit regular legislative sessions to 90 days starting in 2027.

The bill amends Section 13 of Article IV of the Michigan Constitution to change the duration of regular legislative sessions. Starting in 2027, the legislature will meet for no more than 90 consecutive days each year. This amendment will be presented to voters in the next general election.
