Amends Michigan consumer protection law to include cryptocurrency exchange kiosk violations as unfair trade practices.

This bill amends the Michigan Consumer Protection Act to include violations under the Cryptocurrency Exchange Kiosk Regulation Act as unfair trade practices. It specifies that such violations are unlawful and subject to penalties under the act. The bill also includes other unfair trade practices such as causing confusion about the source of goods or services, using deceptive representations, and misrepresenting the terms of credit. The changes will take effect 90 days after the bill is enacted into law, contingent on the passage of another bill, HB 6222.
