Consolidates licensing statutes for mortgage brokers and lenders in Michigan and makes conforming changes to the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state.

This bill amends the residential mortgage licensing and supervision act to consolidate certain licensing statutes related to residential mortgages. It also makes conforming changes to the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act. The changes include provisions for eligibility to apply for building permits, certificates of use and occupancy, or variances if a person or the owner of the affected or proposed building or structure is delinquent in paying a civil act.
