Allows transportation and disposal of marihuana plant waste.

This bill amends the Michigan Public Health Code to allow for the transportation and disposal of marihuana plant waste. It defines marihuana plant waste as a root, stalk, leaf, stem, or root ball of a marihuana plant, including any associated soil or organic potting media, that is intended for destruction. The bill specifies that marihuana plant waste does not include hazardous waste. It also allows for the transportation of marihuana plant waste from a marihuana establishment to a marihuana disposer's site or facility.
