Establishes large-load commercial rates for data centers in Michigan.

This bill amends the Michigan Public Utilities Commission to establish large-load commercial rates for data centers. It requires data centers to enter into a contract with the utility for at least 15 years and mandates a minimum monthly billing charge based on at least 60% of the data center's contracted demand. The bill also requires a fee if the data center terminates service early and demands collateral equal to at least 24 months of the maximum monthly nonfuel billing charge.
