Michigan HB6114 amends the Michigan Environmental Protection Act to prohibit the sale and use of herbicides containing paraquat dichloride starting December 1, 2027, and December 1, 2028, respectively. The bill establishes the paraquat dichloride fund in the state treasury to receive money or assets for investing. The Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy administers the fund, which includes interest and earnings from investments.
