Michigan HB6013 requires monitoring of Michigan bridge card transactions to track out-of-state use.

Michigan HB6013 amends the Michigan Compiled Laws to mandate the Department of Health and Human Services to monitor Michigan bridge card transactions. If a card is used outside the state for over 90 consecutive days, the department will suspend the card. The suspension will be lifted once the cardholder verifies their Michigan residency or eligibility for benefits, subject to federal law.
