Allows suspension of lottery licenses for violations of the cryptocurrency kiosk prohibition act.

This bill amends the Michigan Lottery Act to allow the suspension of lottery licenses for violations of the cryptocurrency kiosk prohibition act. It mandates that the commissioner of the Michigan Lottery shall not issue a license to a person to engage in business exclusively as a lottery sales agent. The commissioner must consider factors such as the financial responsibility and security of the person and their business or activity, the accessibility of their place of business or activity to the public, and the sufficiency of existing licenses.
