Allows homeschooled or nonpublic school students to participate in public school extracurricular activities.

This bill amends the Michigan Education Law to require school boards to allow homeschooled or nonpublic school students to participate in extracurricular activities, provided they meet academic and conduct standards. It prohibits discrimination based on capacity limitations and mandates annual reporting on participation numbers and reasons for denials. It also allows for civil actions for violations.
