Establishes a citizen's advisory working group to advise the Michigan PFAS action response team on PFAS contamination.

The bill creates a citizen's advisory working group within the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Members must be current or former residents of impacted communities or have been exposed to PFAS contamination. The group will advise the Michigan PFAS action response team on community outreach, provide input on PFAS contamination, and review and recommend strategies for PFAS-contaminated properties. The group must comply with the open meetings act and the freedom of information act. Members are not compensated but can be reimbursed for expenses.
