Establishes the Michigan PFAS Action Response Team to address perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances.

The Michigan PFAS Action Response Team Act creates a team to research, identify, and recommend PFAS response actions. The team, consisting of department directors and their designees, will develop action plans, conduct outreach, and consult with experts. It will also establish information protocols, develop health impact standards, and assess contaminated sites. The team can accept donations, hire experts, and coordinate with federal agencies. The act takes effect 90 days after enactment.
