Establishes a grant program to assist Michigan farmers impacted by PFAS contamination.

The bill creates a grant program to aid farmers affected by polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) contamination in Michigan. The Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, will administer the program. Grants can cover costs such as medical or mental health care, buying and selling agricultural land, investing in PFAS removal or destruction, and more.
