Amends Michigan law to modify population requirements for golf cart operation on public roadways.

This bill amends Michigan's traffic regulation law to modify the population requirements for golf cart operation on public roadways. It allows villages or cities with fewer than 30,000 residents and townships with fewer than 30,000 residents to permit golf cart operation on their streets, subject to certain conditions.
