Requires county-elected officials convicted of a felony to update their affidavit within 3 business days.

Amends Michigan law to require county-elected officials convicted of a felony to update their affidavit within three business days of the conviction. This update must indicate the felony conviction. The amendment is contingent on the enactment of House Bill No. 5795.
