Requires health professionals to refer parents of infants diagnosed with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder to the Early on Michigan program.

Michigan HB5774 amends the Public Health Code to include a new part addressing fetal alcohol spectrum disorder. It mandates that health professionals caring for infants diagnosed with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder refer the infant's parent, guardian, or person in loco parentis to the Early on Michigan program.
