It also allows restrictions on the transportation, carrying, or possession of firearms by local government employees. Additionally, it permits regulations on the possession of pneumatic guns by property owners or legal possessors, and prohibits displaying pneumatic guns in a threatening manner. The bill also allows restrictions on the open carry of firearms in government buildings, except for law enforcement officers.
