Modifies the Michigan overdose fatality review act to include substance use disorder services programs exempt from licensure.

This bill amends the Michigan overdose fatality review act to include substance use disorder services programs exempt from licensure. It modifies the definition of "substance use disorder treatment provider" to encompass those exempt from licensure. The act also defines terms such as "mental health provider," "drug overdose," and "hospital." The amendment takes effect only if House Bill No. 5729 is enacted into law.
