Exempts crisis stabilization units from substance use disorder license requirements.

This bill amends sections 100a and 260 of the 1974 Public Act 258, concerning health facilities and licensing, by exempting crisis stabilization units from the substance use disorder license requirement. It repeals section 973 of the same act. The changes are to be implemented by the Department of Health and Human Services, with completion by October 1, 2014.
