Modifies the prudent purchaser act to include substance use disorder services programs exempt from licensure.

This bill amends the prudent purchaser act to modify the definition of "health care provider" to include substance use disorder services programs that are exempt from licensure. The change ensures that such programs are considered when organizations make health care decisions under prudent purchaser agreements. The amendment takes effect only if House Bill No. 5729 is enacted into law.
