Provides reimbursement from the highway safety fund to local law enforcement agencies for assisting certain vehicle crashes.

This bill amends Michigan law to allow reimbursement from the highway safety fund to local law enforcement agencies for assisting with certain vehicle crashes. It establishes funds for highway safety, jail reimbursement, and secondary road patrol and training. The highway safety fund will be used by the Department of State Police for traffic enforcement and reimbursements. The jail reimbursement program fund will be used by the Department of Corrections to reimburse counties for housing and custody of convicted felons.
