Michigan HB5668 amends the Public Health Code to mandate the Department of Health and Human Services develop a training course on carbon dioxide release emergencies. The department must make the course available at no cost on its public website. The bill also establishes a carbon dioxide emergency planning and training fund to cover training costs, emergency response enhancements, and equipment purchases.
