Modifies the definition of school zones and speed limits in Michigan.

This bill amends the definition of a school zone in Michigan, specifying that it includes school property and adjacent property extending up to 1,000 feet from the school property line. It allows for combined school zones if schools share the same property or adjacent properties. The bill also allows school superintendents to request speed limit adjustments for schools near highways with speed limits of 35 miles per hour or more.
