Allows students to transfer to a different school district if they face bullying, with specific requirements.

This bill amends the Michigan Education law to allow students to transfer to a different school district if they face bullying. A parent or guardian must provide evidence of bullying, failed intervention attempts, and the child's current school reporting the bullying. The receiving district must accept the transfer and the current district must provide academic records within 7 days. The bill also sets tuition rates for nonresident pupils and exempts those transferring due to bullying from paying tuition.
