Expands Michigan trespassing law to prohibit unauthorized entry into key facilities.

This bill amends Michigan's trespassing law to prohibit unauthorized entry into key facilities, including chemical manufacturing, refineries, electric utility facilities, and more. It requires these facilities to be posted with signs prohibiting entry. Violators face felony charges with up to 4 years in prison, a $2,500 fine, or both. The law does not affect lawful assemblies or peaceful petitions.
