Modifies requirements for revoking industrial facilities exemption certificates in Michigan.

The bill amends Michigan's industrial facilities exemption certificate revocation process. It allows the Michigan Economic Development Commission to revoke certificates upon request or resolution from local legislative bodies. The revocation can be for the entire certificate or specific components. The bill also allows for reinstatement if the facility continues to qualify. The revocation becomes effective on December 31 following the order date.
