Michigan HB5412 prohibits disbursing funds without a required legislative report.

Michigan HB5412 amends the Michigan Strategic Fund Act to prohibit the Michigan Strategic Fund from disbursing funds if a required report is delinquent or if the fund is delinquent in submitting a legislatively required report. The bill specifies that funds must not be disbursed under a written agreement if a report required under this act is delinquent or if the Michigan Strategic Fund is delinquent in submitting a legislatively required report. This provision applies to written agreements entered into, amended, or renewed on or after the effective date of the amendatory act.
