Modifies the legislative disapproval process for work project appropriations in Michigan.

The bill amends Michigan's budget law to modify the legislative disapproval process for work project appropriations. It requires the director to notify the senate and house appropriations committees and fiscal agencies of appropriations proposed to be designated as work projects within 45 days after the fiscal year's conclusion. The appropriations committees may disapprove a designation within 30 days of notification. The bill also mandates the director to issue directives to lapse existing work project accounts, which may be disapproved by the appropriations committees within 30 days.
