Michigan HB5350 mandates local health officers to report immunization levels and exemptions to local governing entities.

Michigan HB5350 requires local health officers to submit a written report to local governing entities by June 1, 2028, and annually thereafter. The report must include immunization levels of children entering school, the percentage of children exempt from immunization, and a list of schools with exemption rates exceeding 5%. The local health department must also outline actions planned to reduce these exemption rates.
