This bill amends Michigan's no-fault insurance law to modify personal protection insurance benefits for individuals in a motor vehicle operated in the business of transporting passengers. It specifies that an employee, spouse, or relative of either domiciled in the same household, who suffers accidental bodily injury while an occupant of a motor vehicle owned or registered by the employer, shall receive personal protection insurance benefits from the insurer of the furnished vehicle.
