Modifies eligibility for summer property tax deferment in Michigan.

This bill amends Michigan law to modify eligibility for a summer property tax deferment. It allows eligible individuals to defer summer property taxes until February 15 of the following year. Eligibility includes being a totally and permanently disabled person, blind person, paraplegic, quadriplegic, eligible serviceperson, eligible veteran, eligible widow or widower, or being 62 years of age or older with a household income below specified thresholds.
