Michigan HB5200 amends the state's insurance laws to require health insurance policies that offer gynecological coverage to include coverage for at least one pap smear every three years for women aged 21 and older. This coverage must not be subject to any dollar limit, copayment, deductible, or coinsurance provision that does not apply to screening coverage generally.
